Required Skills

• Good Experience in full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening and interviewing and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Good recruitment track record of placing consultants in both W2 and Corp to Corp contracts.
• Expert in sourcing resumes from job portals (JobDiva, Dice, Monster, Linked-in etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and with good work attitude.
• Good understanding of contract types (w2, 1099, corp to corp)
• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate
• Basic level of computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Description

• To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants.
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on InfoObjects’ process.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
• Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

Additional

• Dinner, snacks & beverages will be provided by the company at company cost.
• Candidate has to commute on his own (cab facility is not available).
• Initially a basic training for US Staffing will be provided.
