Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Automate workflows and business processes using PowerAutomate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and extend existing applications and workflows to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps and PowerAutomate solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on PowerApps and PowerAutomate functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Strong expertise in automating workflows using PowerAutomate.
• Proficient in creating custom connectors, expressions, and utilizing data sources in PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power BI and Dataverse.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure services and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
