These terms govern your use of infoobjects.com and cogence.ai, operated by InfoObjects Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at 4950 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose, CA 95130, USA. By using the sites, you agree to these terms. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) — these terms do not modify them.
Use of the sites
You may use the sites for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate applicable law or these terms.
- Interfere with site operation, security, or availability.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions without written consent.
- Train machine-learning models on the sites' content for commercial use without written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Site intellectual property
The sites, including all text, graphics, code, logos, and design ("Site Content"), are owned by InfoObjects or licensed to us. "InfoObjects", "Cogence.ai", and related marks are our trademarks. Third-party trademarks (customers, partners) remain the property of their respective owners.
Under our standard MSA, all code, models, weights, prompts, datasets, evaluations, and documentation created specifically for you under an SOW belong to you on payment. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, methods, frameworks, and general know-how. Specifics are defined in your MSA.
Confidentiality & mutual NDAs
We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before any technical discovery. Information you share in connection with a potential or active engagement is used only to evaluate or deliver that engagement. Avoid sending sensitive information through the public site before an NDA is in place — write to support@infoobjects.com.
Disclaimers
The sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Case studies, statistics, and outcome claims are illustrative. Actual results depend on factors specific to your environment. Nothing on the sites is a binding offer, professional advice, or contractual commitment — commitments live in signed MSAs and SOWs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoObjects is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sites. Total aggregate liability in connection with the sites is limited to US$100. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by the MSA, not by this section.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
