InfoObjects Inc. ("InfoObjects", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through infoobjects.com and cogence.ai (the "Sites"), how we use it, and your rights. For data we process on a customer's behalf under a paid engagement, the customer's MSA and DPA apply — not this notice.
What we collect
- Information you provide — name, work email, phone, company, role, and anything you share through a contact form, application, or email.
- Automatic information — page views, referring URL, approximate location, browser type, and basic security telemetry.
- Third-party sources — professional contact details from reputable B2B databases for outbound sales; references for recruiting where permitted.
How we use it
- Respond to enquiries and deliver requested services.
- Administer engagements, invoicing, and accounts.
- Evaluate job applications.
- Send business communications (you can opt out).
- Operate, secure, and improve the Sites.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis (EU / UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver requested services or recruiting), legitimate interest (for business marketing to existing contacts, security, and analytics), consent (for non-essential cookies and where required), and legal obligation (for compliance).
Who we share it with
InfoObjects affiliates in the US, Canada, India, Poland, UAE, and Saudi Arabia; service providers under written contracts (cloud hosting, email, CRM, payroll, analytics); professional advisors; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA, or adequacy decisions, as applicable.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or audit obligations. Sales enquiries: 24 months. Recruiting data: up to 24 months. Customer engagement records: per the MSA plus statutory retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California (CCPA/CPRA), EU/UK (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA), UAE, and Saudi Arabia (PDPL) residents have specific statutory rights. To exercise any of these, email support@infoobjects.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access control, encryption in transit, MFA on critical systems, and incident response procedures. To report a suspected vulnerability, see responsible disclosure.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
