Service Level Agreements
We do not charge anything for support requests which takes less than half an hour. For longer support requests you can buy support plans. We have different support plans for different needs including Big Data on Tap plans. SLA for Level 1 simple support queries is 24 hours though we try to address most of issues within few hours. For Level 2 support, it’s 48 hours and Level 3 support which may require deep technical analysis in the issue you are facing, SLA is 7 days.
